Position Summary:

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, components, and consumables used in our manufacturing process. This role requires strong attention to detail, vendor management skills, and the ability to balance cost efficiency with product quality and delivery timelines.

Job Duties:

  • Source and purchase raw materials, components, and consumables for production and inventory.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and ensure reliable supply.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to align purchasing decisions with production needs and specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery tracking to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support supplier audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and qualify alternate suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation within the ERP/MRP system.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a finance related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Position Summary:

Diamond Diagnostics Inc is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping & receiving operations for medical devices and consumables. This role involves order fulfillment, inventory management, safe equipment handling, and preparing both domestic and international shipments.

Job Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
  • Operate forklift and electric pallet jack for material handling.
  • Build custom crates for medical equipment (basic carpentry).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping paperwork.
  • Support warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Class D driver's license.
  • Warehouse/shipping & receiving experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory controls and logistics processes.
  • Basic carpentry skills for custom crating.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP Software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate standard warehouse equipment.
