Service Technician
Responsibilities
- Review, interpretation of Instrument Technical Documents, Schematics
- Complete dismantling of equipment, organization of parts
- Repair of plastic, metallic surfaces
- Complete aesthetic overhauls of chassis, assemblies, covers
- Rebuilding, Repair, testing of mechanical assemblies, components
- Rebuilding, Repair, testing of electronic assemblies, components, pc boards
- Reassembly of equipment to original conditions
- Repair metal and plastic parts to improve external aesthetics of equipment
- Clean and prepare panels, frames, chassis in all respects prior to priming and painting
- Maintain and perform regular cleaning on manufacturing and painting equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of practical experience with diagnostics, repair and assembly of mechanical or electromechanical devices
- Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs
