Service Technician
Responsibilities
  • Review, interpretation of Instrument Technical Documents, Schematics
  • Complete dismantling of equipment, organization of parts
  • Repair of plastic, metallic surfaces
  • Complete aesthetic overhauls of chassis, assemblies, covers
  • Rebuilding, Repair, testing of mechanical assemblies, components
  • Rebuilding, Repair, testing of electronic assemblies, components, pc boards
  • Reassembly of equipment to original conditions
  • Repair metal and plastic parts to improve external aesthetics of equipment
  • Clean and prepare panels, frames, chassis in all respects prior to priming and painting
  • Maintain and perform regular cleaning on manufacturing and painting equipment
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of practical experience with diagnostics, repair and assembly of mechanical or electromechanical devices
  • Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs
