Quality Assurance Director
Responsibilities
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Quality Assurance Management & ongoing activities
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Regulatory Compliance Management & ongoing activities
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Product Support Management & Daily Product Support Activities
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Product Quality Control and Material Inspection Activities
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Document Control
- Perform, Manage and Oversee Audit Management & Daily Audit Operations
- Perform accurate and timely completion of assigned job functions, projects and scheduled tasks
- Assess, Recommend, Plan and Implement structural reform in processes, administration, personnel or systems
- Manage and Train Department Personnel and cover respective duties where applicable
Qualifications
- B.S. Business Management or Operations
- 5+ Years Quality Assurance experience
- 5+ Years FDA Compliance Experience
- 3+ Years ISO Compliance Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamics & Sage ACT Software
- Strong Management Ability
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Strong organizational, communication and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to focus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated and persistent
- Typing speed 60wpm or greater
